• Out-of-stock products are manufactured within 10–20 working days, depending on production workload.

Delivery Duration: After processing, delivery takes 2–5 working days.

Shipping Cost: Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight and dimensions.

Confirmation and Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive an email with the Econt tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

Delivery to Pick-up Point / Home: You can choose to receive your package at your desired address or at one of the convenient Econt pick-up points.

Returns and Exchanges: You have the right to return within 30 calendar days from receiving the package, with no additional shipping costs. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
