Coût d'expédition de retour : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, LuxShade will cover the return shipping costs.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Remboursements : We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
