Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, log in to your account at https://account.luxshades.eu and submit a return or cancellation request through your order history. Alternatively, contact us at luxshadebulgaria@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you'll need to send the item to the following address:

Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, LuxShade will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

  • How to exercise your right: Log in to your account at https://account.luxshades.eu and submit a withdrawal request through your order history. For unfulfilled orders, you may cancel directly from your account. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your request.
  • Returning the item: Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs for withdrawal requests are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refund of original shipping: We will refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at the time of your order, in addition to the product price.
  • Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
  • Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products.

Refunds (general): We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at luxshadebulgaria@gmail.com
